References in this Privacy Policy to “Open House”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Open House Burnley LTD (under licence from Open House Estate Agents UK Limited) a company registered in England and Wales with registration no 12185993 and registered office at 45a Hammerton Street Burnley BB11 1LT. We control the way your personal data is collected and the purposes for which your personal data is used by Open House and are the “data controller” for the purposes of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation Act, 2018.
